Job summary

James Hardie Building Products Inc. offers the Engineer Development Program (EDP), a two‑year training path for engineering graduates. You will rotate through manufacturing locations, gaining hands-on experience in fiber cement and polymer processes, and collaborate across plant operations and innovation teams.

You’ll contribute to process design, reliability, and continuous improvement while being mentored and exposed to leadership opportunities in a dynamic corporate culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field.
• Willing to relocate to US manufacturing plants or facilities.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Demonstrated work ethic and leadership through past roles.

Responsibilities

• Participate in rotational training at US manufacturing locations.
• Gain hands-on learning in fiber cement and polymer manufacturing processes.
• Apply knowledge to projects that support process design and operations.
• Support Operations function after the rotation, taking on key projects.
