Eaton’s Rotational Engineering Development Program (EDP) at Franksville, WI offers four rotations over about 3.5 years, with start dates in January or June 2027 and relocation support for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and implement features for power system devices using C/C++ and .NET/C#.
• Develop test plans, specs, test cases, and data sets; update procedures.
• Design and test electrical circuits and subsystems for power/MCU interfaces.
• Provide guidance and resolve complex customer issues on cybersecurity and automation systems.
