Job summary

Catamount Constructors, Inc. is launching a year-long immersive associate rotation program across Preconstruction, Project Management, and Field Operations. You will gain hands-on experience and cross-train in estimating, scheduling, procurement, and onsite execution with rotations tailored to your growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in construction-related field.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with co-workers, contractors, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Rotational program across Preconstruction, Project Management, and Field Operations.
• Learn estimating, data analysis, and bid preparation.
• Support project scheduling, procurement, RFIs, and close‑out activities.
• Coordinate with superintendents and subcontractors to ensure quality and safety.
