Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant experience or graduation from a related program.
• Ability to read and interpret project documents, contracts, specs, and regulations.
• Strong math, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Willingness to travel locally and out of state; overtime flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Travel to offices and job sites to perform role duties per program guidelines.
• Shadow mentors and participate in day-to-day office and field operations.
• Support pre-construction and estimating tasks including pricing, scope writing, and RFPs.
• Support compliance tasks: certified payroll, Davis-Bacon, HUD Section 3, insurance tracking, NTOs.
• Create and maintain project controls: RFIs, submittals, change orders, quality, safety, and budgets.
• Assist with scheduling using project management software and manage daily construction activities.
