Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree requirement in engineering/environmental science/economics/finance/business or related field.
• Interest in clean energy and decarbonized grid.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data, spreadsheets and learning new tools.
• Clear communication and ability to work across functions.

Responsibilities

• Join each team as a full contributor with deliverables from week one.
• Support live projects through analysis, modeling, applications, technical reviews and site visits.
• Present work to senior leadership after each rotation.
• Learn from experienced developers, engineers and financiers with a mentor.
• Build cross-functional fluency to accelerate career growth.
