• Authorization to work in the United States.
• No prior energy experience required; aptitude and attitude prioritized.

Responsibilities

• Join each team as a full contributor with real deliverables and ownership from day one.
• Support live projects through analysis, modeling, applications, technical reviews and site visits across Texas and beyond.
• Present your work to senior leadership at the end of every rotation.
• Learn directly from experienced developers, engineers and financiers with a dedicated mentor.
