The program rotates across Development, Engineering & Construction, and Finance & Asset Management, with eight-month spans and mentorship, culminating in a permanent role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as engineering, environmental science, economics, finance, or business.
• Interest in clean energy and the decarbonized grid.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data and spreadsheets.
• Clear communication and ability to work across teams.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• No prior energy experience required; aptitude and attitude valued.

Responsibilities

• Work as a full member of each team, with real deliverables and ownership from week one.
• Contribute to live projects through analysis, modeling, applications, reviews and site visits.
• Present work and findings to senior leadership at rotation ends.
• Learn from experienced developers, engineers and financiers with a dedicated mentor.
• Develop cross-functional fluency to accelerate careers in this industry.
