Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, economics, finance, business or related field.
• Demonstrated interest in clean energy and decarbonizing the grid.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data, spreadsheets and learning new tools.
• Clear communication and ability to work across every part of a business.
• Adaptability across three rotations and new teams.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• No prior energy experience required; internships or campus involvement welcome.

Responsibilities

• Join each rotation as a full contributor with real deliverables and ownership from week one.
• Support live projects through analysis, modeling, applications, technical reviews and site visits.
• Present your work to senior leadership at the end of each rotation.
• Learn directly from developers, engineers and financiers with a mentor.
• Build cross-functional fluency to accelerate your career in this industry.
