Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, economics, finance, business or a related field.
• Interest in clean energy and decarbonizing the grid.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data and spreadsheets.
• Clear communication and the confidence to work across the business.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• No prior energy experience required; aptitude and attitude emphasized.

Responsibilities

• Join each rotation as a full contributor with real deliverables from week one.
• Support live projects through analysis, modeling, and site visits across the Midwest.
• Present your work to senior leadership after each rotation.
• Receive mentorship from experienced developers, engineers, and financiers.
• Build cross-functional fluency to accelerate careers in this industry.
