Job summary

Renewable Careers Limited is launching a two-year rotation program in San Diego for early-career professionals. You will rotate through Development, Engineering & Construction, and Finance & Asset Management, delivering real work, with a mentor guiding you through three eight-month rotations and a guaranteed permanent placement after completion.

The program emphasizes cross-functional exposure, training, and a path to leadership within a growing clean-energy portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, economics, finance, business or related field.
• Interest in clean energy and decarbonized grid.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data and spreadsheets.
• Clear communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Contribute as a full team member in each rotation, with real deliverables from week one.
• Support live projects: analyses, models, applications, technical reviews and site visits across the country.
• Present your work to senior leaders at the end of each rotation.
• Learn directly from experienced developers, engineers and financiers, with a dedicated mentor throughout.
