Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation to travel between branches.
• Willingness to attend training programs; travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a welcoming and professional first point of contact for customers; process routine transactions accurately.
• Explain products and digital banking tools; refer customers to specialists as needed.
