Community Financial System, Inc. (CFSI) seeks a Relationship Banking Representative to serve as a frontline ambassador across teller and desk duties, delivering a consistent, customer-centric banking experience in branch locations.

You will educate customers on digital tools, open and close accounts, process transactions, and handle inquiries while coordinating with partners to resolve needs. This is a 30 hours/week role with travel within the region and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service and/or banking experience preferred.
• Ability to attend training and travel as needed.
• Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule required.

Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming, professional customer experiences in-branch.
• Open/close accounts, process transactions, and educate customers on features.
• Assist with issues like balance discrepancies and fraud, coordinating with teams for resolution.
• Educate customers on digital tools and self-service options, and manage appointments.
