You will educate customers about digital tools, handle routine inquiries, and collaborate with partners to resolve issues while maintaining security and policy compliance. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service and/or banking normally required.
• Ability to attend a 5-7 day initial training program; travel may be required and expenses reimbursed.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Hours: 37.5 per week and flexible scheduling to meet branch needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, professional, and personalized customer experience in the lobby.
• Open new accounts and support routine banking inquiries.
• Assist with transactions, balance discrepancies, and basic issues with a consultative, customer-first approach.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service options.
