You will educate customers on digital tools, open accounts, process transactions, and coordinate with partners to resolve issues while upholding security and compliance. This role emphasizes welcoming service and trust-building in a dynamic retail banking environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Internal product knowledge, teller, and platform training preferred.
• Ability to attend a 5-7 day initial training program with travel expenses covered.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, professional customer experience in every interaction.
• Open new accounts, process transactions, and educate customers on features.
• Assist with issues such as balance discrepancies and fraud; coordinate with internal partners.
• Educate customers on digital tools and self-service options.
• Schedule appointments and manage customer flow to minimize wait times.
• Collaborate with branch partners to refer customers to specialists.
