Strong teamwork and adherence to safety procedures are essential. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, plus trade certification or an associate degree in Millwright, and experience in maintenance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Trade school certification or equivalent with 3 years relevant experience preferred.
• Associate’s Degree in Millwright or equivalent required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality repairs on rotating equipment and inspect/test for proper functionality.
• Complete preventive maintenance to ensure reliable machinery operation.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair malfunctions with supervision and teamwork.
• Maintain safety and a clean work environment and document reliability improvements.
