Job summary

LyondellBasell is seeking a Rotating Maintenance Technician for the Louisiana Integrated Polyethylene project in Lake Charles, LA. You will perform quality repairs on rotating equipment, conduct preventive maintenance, and ensure safe operation in a dynamic refinery setting.

The role requires reading and following maintenance instructions, documenting reliability improvements, and collaborating with multiple crafts to address equipment issues.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• Proven maintenance technician experience preferred.
• High-pressure experience preferred.
• Trade school certification or associate degree with relevant experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality repairs on rotating equipment.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Diagnose and repair equipment to meet operation and quality standards.
• Assist operations to perform tasks as needed.
• Maintain safe and clean work environment.
