Job summary

LyondellBasell is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to perform mechanical repairs, preventive maintenance, and reliability improvements in our chemical manufacturing facility in Ohio. You will troubleshoot rotating and stationary equipment, read schematics, and work safely under plant procedures while supporting continuous operation.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience, an associate degree or higher preferred, and the ability to work overtime or on-call.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Interpret hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematics, including PLC ladder diagrams.
• Communicate clearly with cross-functional teams and maintain accurate maintenance records.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot rotating and stationary equipment.
• Read hydraulic/pneumatic/electrical schematics and PLC diagrams.
• Operate rigging and lifting equipment safely.
• Maintain maintenance records in the computerized system.
