The role requires a high school diploma, 5 years of motor repair experience, and proficiency with micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators. You will follow safety protocols, document findings, and support customer relationships

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5 years of motor repair experience required.
• Mechanical aptitude; multi-craft experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble pumps, compressors, turbines, gearboxes, and related rotating equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and lead root cause analysis on equipment failures.
• Interpret technical drawings, OEM manuals, and repair specifications.
• Document repair findings, measurements, tolerances, and parts used.
• Provide professional service and build customer relationships while following safety protocols.
