Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Mechanical aptitude with ability to learn new tasks quickly.
• Experience with precision measuring tools is preferred.
• Familiar with API, ANSI, and OEM standards for rotating equipment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble pumps and rotating equipment under supervision.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Interpret drawings, OEM manuals, and repair specs.
• Document repair findings, measurements, and parts used.
• Perform hydro and paint of equipment; maintain safety protocols.
