Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED completed.
• Mechanical aptitude with precision measurement tools proficiency.
• Familiar with rotating equipment API/ANSI standards.

Responsibilities

• Performs duties under Shop Manager to align team goals.
• Disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble pumps, compressors, turbines, gearboxes, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Interpret technical drawings, OEM manuals, and repair specifications.
• Document repair findings, measurements, tolerances, and parts used.
• Represent OTC professionally and maintain customer relationships.
• Follow safety protocols and complete ongoing training.
• Handle emergency service calls with speed and precision.
• Be flexible and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
