OTC Industrial Technologies is seeking a Mechanical Technician in Tulsa, OK. The role involves disassembly, inspection, and repair of rotating equipment, with a focus on safety, documentation, and customer relations. Training is provided, and advancement opportunities are available.

The position offers competitive pay between $22 and $26 per hour, depending on experience, plus a strong benefits package including health coverage, retirement match, and tuition support.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• Familiar with precision measuring tools and alignment procedures.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check.

Mansioni

• Assist and work under Shop Manager to meet daily team goals.
• Disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble pumps, compressors, turbines, gearboxes.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and lead root cause analysis.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, OEM manuals, and specs.
• Document repair findings, measurements, tolerances, and parts used.
• Perform hydro and paint on repaired and new equipment.
• Represent OTC professionally and build customer relationships.
• Follow safety protocols and participate in ongoing training.
• Handle emergency service calls and be flexible for additional tasks.
• Learn via classroom and hands-on training and use computer systems.
