Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; technical training preferred.
• 2–4 years in industrial/mechanical maintenance or field service.
• Experience with precision measuring tools and equipment maintenance.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and schematics.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for field service.
• Strong safety mindset and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist installation, alignment, dismantling, and movement of industrial machinery in shop and at customer sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance on rotating and fixed equipment.
• Inspect components for wear and misalignment; escalate concerns as needed.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Drive a company truck to field calls and travel as required.
• Maintain records in CMMS and support repairs or replacements.
• Collaborate with technicians, engineers, and electricians on installations.
