• Ability to perform physical, hands-on production work during 12-hour shifts.
• Comfortable standing, bending, lifting and using hand tools.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Ability to follow simple instructions and maintain safety standards.
• Willingness to learn multiple stations and assist on the line.

Responsibilities

• Assembly and fitting of manufactured components following simple instructions and processes.
• Packing and packaging of completed products for storage or shipment.
• Support the production line to maintain steady output and pace.
• Visually inspect parts and finished products for defects or damage.
• Handle materials; load, unload, and organize across the area.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow safety procedures.
• Collaborate with teammates and learn additional stations as needed.
