Laborup in Morristown, TN is hiring Assembly / Packers for a large plastics manufacturer. This hands-on role spans assembling components, inspecting, packing, loading, and keeping the production line moving on rotating 12-hour schedules with options for day or night shifts.

No prior manufacturing experience is required; we seek dependable team players who are eager to learn. This is a full-time, direct-hire position with built-in overtime and opportunities for advancement into more advanced

Qualifications

Must be able to perform physical, hands-on production work on a 12-hour shift.
Able to stand, bend, reach, lift, and handle materials.
Comfortable using hand tools and production equipment.
Strong attention to quality and safety.
Follow written work instructions and standardized production processes.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

Assemble and fit together manufactured components following simple instructions and established production processes.
Sort, stack, wrap, strap, label, and package completed products for storage or shipment.
Keep up with the pace of the production line, handling materials and completing tasks efficiently to maintain steady production.
Visually inspect parts and finished products for damage, defects, or other quality issues.
Load, unload, lift, carry, and organize components and finished products throughout the production area.
Keep work areas clean and organized while following established safety procedures.
Work alongside other production employees and learn different stations as needed.
