Laborup is hiring Assembly / Packers for a large plastics operation. This hands‑on role covers assembly, finishing, and packaging processes. You may assemble parts, inspect products, pack finished materials, or move components, while staying active on a fast‑paced line.

No prior manufacturing experience is required; dependability and willingness to learn are valued. Opportunities for advancement exist as you rotate through stations and take on lead roles over time.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical, hands‑on production work across a 12‑hour shift.
• Regularly stand, bend, reach, lift and handle materials.
• Follow written work instructions and standardized processes.
• Commitment to quality and safety in a fast‑paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and fit together manufactured components following simple instructions and established production processes.
• Sort, stack, wrap, strap, label, and package completed products for storage or shipment.
• Keep up with the pace of the production line, handling materials and completing tasks efficiently to maintain steady production.
• Visually inspect parts and finished products for damage, defects, or other quality issues.
• Load, unload, lift, carry, and organize components and finished products throughout the production area.
• Keep work areas clean and organized while following established safety procedures.
• Work alongside other production employees and learn different stations as needed.
