Amentum is seeking an on-site rotary-wing aircraft mechanic to support HQ USAF operations and executive transport. You will perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repairs, and modifications to airframes and systems, and prepare aircraft for flight.

Responsibilities include inspections, troubleshooting, and documenting maintenance in MIS. You will read blueprints and manuals, operate ground support equipment, and assist aircrew; shifts may include days, swing, night, or weekends.

Qualificações

• FAA A&P certification or equivalent required.
• Military aviation maintenance training within past 3 years acceptable.
• Ability to read schematics, drawings, and manuals.

Responsabilidades

• Perform scheduled/unscheduled aircraft maintenance and repairs.
• Inspect aircraft and components (preflight, thru-flight, post-flight, phase inspections).
• Prepare aircrew for flight and assist with flight operations.
• Operate ground support equipment and maintain aircraft records (MIS).
• Must be able to obtain/maintain required licensing and security clearance.
