Job summary
Busy Country House Hotel in Worcestershire is seeking a Chef de Partie to join a Rosette-standard kitchen. You will work in a busy hotel restaurant with no banqueting, and live-in accommodation is available. Salary to £35k DOE plus tips worth £3k, with 28 days' holiday and meals provided.
Reporting to the Head Chef, you will be supported by junior chefs and have opportunities for career progression within the company.
Qualifications
- You will be a Chef de Partie with experience in rosette kitchens.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs.
- Work in a Rosette standard kitchen using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients.
- Prepare and plate for hotel and restaurant guests.
