Rosemount Senior Living at the Steeple Center is seeking dedicated Caregiver, HHA/CNA to join our team. Part-Time AM/PM/NOC shifts with wage ranges for HHA and CNA, plus shift differentials.

We offer a warm environment focused on dignity and personalized support, with opportunities to grow in a Lifespark Senior Living community. You will provide direct personal care, assist with daily living activities, and engage residents to enhance their quality of life.

Qualifications

• Experience in an assisted living community preferred.
• Compassionate and empathetic with residents.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct personal care to residents (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility) as per care plans.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living to promote independence and dignity.
• Engage residents in conversations and meaningful activities; monitor well-being.
• Assist with medication administration as directed by care team and policies.

Rosemount Senior Living at the Steeple Center, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Caregiver, HHA/CNA to join our growing team.

Rosemount Senior Living islocated just north of downtown Rosemountand directly connected to the Steeple Center. Our beautiful 92-unit, apartment-style community provides Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Shifts Available: Part-Time AMs (7am-12pm/3pm), PMs (3pm-11pm), & NOCs (11pm-7pm)
HHA Wage: $17.00-$22.00 per hour
CNA Wage: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
Shift Differential:$1.00 for PMs, $2.00 for NOCs

In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including:

CNA’s and HHA’sprovide direct care toall genders ofresidents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat eachresidentwith respect and dignity.

Assistingresidents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.

Engage residents in meaningful conversations andprovideattentive care.

Assistwith medication administration.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.

Strong interest in healthcare.

Strong customer service and communication skills.
