Job summary

Gable Pines, part of Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a Caregiver, HHA/CNA to join our compassionate team in Vadnais Heights. We offer Full-Time NOCs (11pm-7am) and various Part-Time shifts including AM, PM, and NOC.

Wages range from $17.00–$22.00 for HHA and $19.00–$24.00 for CNA, with shift differentials of $1 for PMs and $2 for NOCs. Join us to Age Magnificently with a dedicated care team.

Qualifications

• Provide personal care services including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Assist with medication administration.
• Experience in assisted living preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents of all genders with respect and dignity.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive, compassionate care.
• Support medication administration as directed.

Gable Pines, located in Vadnais Heights, brings an entirely new dimension to senior living in the Roseville/White Bear Lake area. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 123-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Join our team today!

Shifts Available:

Full-Time NOCs (11pm-7am) and Part-Time AMs (7am-3pm), PMs (3pm-11pm), & NOCs

HHA Wage: $17.00-$22.00 per hour

CNA Wage: $19.00-$24.00 per hour

Shift Differential:$1.00 for PMs, $2.00 for NOCs

In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including:

• CNA’s and HHA’sprovide direct care toall genders ofresidents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat eachresidentwith respect and dignity.
• Assistingresidents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations andprovideattentive care.
• Assistwith medication administration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
• Strong interest in healthcare.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
