Job summary

Fairway Pines, located in Sauk Centre Minnesota, is seeking a Home Health Aide to join our caring team. You will provide personal care and support to residents, helping with daily activities while promoting independence and dignity in a Lifespark Senior Living Community.

We offer flexible shifts (PM and NOC), competitive pay ($17.00-$22.00 for HHA, higher for CNA based on experience), and opportunities for wage increases, PTO, holidays, and retirement benefits as part of a supportive work

Qualifications

• Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents with dignity and respect.

Shifts Available: Part Time PM (3p-11p), Full Time/Part Time NOC (11p-7a) every other weekend rotation included.
HHA Wage: $17.00 - $22.00 – Based on experience!
CNA Wage: $19.00-$24.00 - Based on experience!
Shift Differential: $1.00 for PM and $2.00 for NOC

In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including:

• CNA’s and HHA’sprovide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
• Assistingresidents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations andprovide attentive care.
• Assist with medication administration.
