Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support project teams with project managers, engineers, superintendents, and field staff.
• Assist with layout, scheduling, and coordination of long-lead items.
• Support monthly billing, cash flow forecasting and change orders.
• Review drawings, shop drawings, and subcontractor scopes of work.
• Coordinate RFIs, schedules, and QA/QC activities.
• Assist with safety initiatives and compliance with OSHA requirements.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and other technical tasks as needed.
