Job summary

Crenlo Engineered Cabs is seeking a Welder 2 to plans, position, and weld fabricated components on ROPS/FOPS structures in Greeneville, Tennessee. The role focuses on sheet metal and full-penetration welds with backing material, following blueprints and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years welding experience, high school diploma or GED, and completion of Crenlo welding training with safety training. Accurate measurements and safety compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• Successful completion of Crenlo Engineered Cabs weld training program requirements.
• Crenlo basic safety training.
• 1 to 2 years welding experience.

Responsibilities

• Produces a product to customer quality standards in a safe and efficient manner.
• Receives and reviews instructions, prints, and work orders.
• Lays out, positions, bolts, clamp, and tack-weld parts to secure into position within fixture for welding.
• Sets up and makes adjustments to equipment and parts per blueprints.
• Performs welding responsibilities on product outlined in blueprints and guidelines.
• Grinds excess welds and sharp edges with a grinder.
• Conducts periodic quality checks and inspects finished product.
• Other duties as assigned
