Job summary

Jordan’s Furniture is hiring for a guest services role on our ropes course in a fast-paced, fun environment. You’ll greet guests, explain safety rules, demonstrate proper technique, and help create a memorable experience.

The position requires being at least 18, able to handle cash or card transactions, strong interpersonal and presentation skills, and comfort working at heights up to 40 ft. Schedule includes days, nights, and weekends; compensation is $16.50–$17.00 per hour and benefits are

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to handle cash/credit card transactions.
• Positive, upbeat demeanor and some experience working with the public preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers with enthusiasm and be part of the FUN~
• Educate guests on the ropes course, proper technique, use of equipment and safety guidelines and give them an experience to remember!
• Ability to assess and WOW our guests with questions and concerns related to the ropes course
• Work concessions and cash register
