Job summary

MISTRAS Group is seeking Rope Access Technicians (Level I–III) for temporary project work in Trainer, PA. Responsibilities include performing inspections, maintenance, and support activities at heights in industrial environments while adhering to SPRAT/IRATA standards.

The role requires current SPRAT/IRATA certification and hands-on rope access experience, with a strong emphasis on safety, teamwork, and clear communication. Travel and variable shifts are common in project-based assignments.

Qualifications

• Current SPRAT or IRATA Level I–III certification required.
• Previous rope access experience required.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Ability to work independently and in team environments.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform rope access work per SPRAT and IRATA guidelines.
• Support inspection, maintenance and industrial service operations.
• Utilize rope access equipment safely and effectively.
• Follow all safety procedures and site rules.
• Inspect and maintain rope access equipment.
• Work at heights and in confined spaces.
• Complete required documentation and safety reports.
• Collaborate with supervisors and project teams.
• Work overtime and varying shifts as project demands require.
