Job summary

Triton Environmental Consultants, Ltd. is seeking an experienced API Inspector to perform visual examinations and lead on-site inspection teams. You will review findings, document code-based observations, and ensure quality while adhering to safety standards.

The role requires knowledge of NDE methods, industry standards, and API certifications. Occasional travel and vehicle operation are expected as part of field duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of API inspections experience.
• Rope access certification is a plus.
• Must carry API certifications (e.g., API570) for at least 1 year.
• Knowledge of NDE methods and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide services meeting client requirements and exceed expectations.
• Perform visual examinations using API certification per codes/regulations (e.g., BPVC).
• Assist in reviewing findings related to mechanical integrity inspections following procedures.
• Provide inspection reports documenting code findings and industry best practices.
• Lead onsite to API Inspectors and technicians to ensure safety, quality, and professionalism.
• Drive company vehicles and travel as needed.
• Uphold safety pledges and maintain compliance with safety regulations.
