Job summary

TEAM Industrial Services is hiring rope-access inspectors for field operations in elevated, confined, and challenging environments. You will perform NDE and API inspections on critical equipment, support access setups, and document findings with digital reporting tools.

The role requires SPRAT or IRATA certification (Level I/II), 1–3 years of relevant experience, and the ability to travel regionally. A safety-first mindset and strong communication are essential in this dynamic team.

Qualifications

• SPRAT or IRATA certification required for role scope.
• 1–3 years of inspections in refining or energy environments.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and inspection terminology.
• Ability to travel regionally or nationally for projects.
• Pass pre-employment checks and site onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Perform rope-access inspections at height per SPRAT/IRATA standards.
• Conduct NDT and/or API inspections on vessels, piping, tanks, or structures.
• Assist with installation of access systems and hazard assessments.
• Document findings using digital tools and standardized reports.
• Interface with engineers and client teams to define scope and report results.
• Maintain rope-access gear and track certifications.
• Support site mobilizations and setup/teardown duties.
