Job summary

Renaissance Hotels is seeking an entry-level management professional to support the day-to-day operations of Rooms, including Housekeeping, Recreation, Laundry and Concierge/Guest Services at our Austin property. You will assist in guest arrival/departure procedures and uphold cleanliness standards while guiding staff to meet the property’s operating budget.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3 years in guest services or related area
• 2-year degree in Hospitality; 1 year in guest services or related area
• Experience at front desk, housekeeping, or related operations preferred

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes Front Desk shifts and completes shift checklists
• Runs and reviews room operations reports
• Oversees Recreation, Laundry, Housekeeping, Bell Staff, AYS, Front Desk and Concierge/Guest Services operations
• Schedules employees to meet business demands and tracks attendance
• Ensures loss prevention policies are followed
