Responsibilities include scheduling, budgeting, training, and maintaining safety and quality across guest rooms and public areas to enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in hospitality with progression or equivalent education/experience.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Ability to convey information clearly and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day housekeeping operations in the absence of the Housekeeping Manager.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and efficiency per Aimbridge Hospitality standards.
• Assist in scheduling, payroll, and budgeting for the department.
• Train and oversee staff, monitor guest privacy and security, and handle inspections.
• Respond to guest requests and emergencies with professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain inventory and liaise with engineering and other departments as needed.
