Qualifications

• Or an associate degree with 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations in rooms area departments and manage staff.
• Monitor standards and procedures to improve guest and employee satisfaction.
• Lead team while assisting in meeting or exceeding property goals.
• Manage scheduling and ensure proper staffing for guest demand.
