Job summary

Omni Berkshire Place in New York City is seeking a Housekeeping Associate to ensure all housekeeping areas are fully serviced and clean, in line with Omni standards. The role involves supporting guests, coordinating with GRAs or Turndown Attendants, and maintaining a high level of service in a luxury property.

The position requires ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, and the physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and move furniture as needed.

Responsibilities

• Completes guest requests.
• Ensures that House Attendants are working appropriately with GRAs or Turndown Attendants.
• Checks chute rooms and guest room corridors to cleanliness.
• Checks inventory of linen rooms closets.
• Checks vending machine area.
• Assists in moving furniture.
• Maintains a 4-diamond level of service.
• Works with Management on special projects.
• Works in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintains a professional appearance, attitude, and performance.
• Willing to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Moves, bends, lifts, carries, pushes, pulls, and places objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance. Stands or walks for extended periods.
