Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a housekeeping team member to service guest rooms in accordance with Omni standards. You will respond to guest requests, keep the cart organized, and ensure equipment is functional.

The role requires working a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, while maintaining a professional appearance and attitude. Responsibilities include room servicing, removing trays, and collaborating with management on special projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand/walk for long periods and perform repetitive motions.
• Maintain a neat and organized cart and work area.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests.

Responsabilités

• Service assigned guest rooms in accordance with Omni standards.
• Respond to guest requests appropriately and promptly.
• Keep supply cart neat and organized at all times.
• Check equipment before and after use to ensure proper working order.
• Remove room service tables and trays from guest rooms.
• Move and lift objects up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Maintain a professional appearance, attitude, and performance.
• Collaborate with management on special projects in a fast-paced environment.

To service vacant or occupied guest rooms in accordance with Omni Standards.

• Responds to all guest requests appropriately
• Depending upon the volume, is responsible for servicing an assigned number of guest rooms
• Keeps the supply cart neat and organized at all times
• Checks all equipment prior to and after its use to ensure that it is in good working order
• Removes room service tables and trays from guest rooms
• Hand in any articles to a supervisor or return it to the dispatchers office
• Able to maintain a 4- diamond level of service.
  • Able to work with Management on special projects.
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Maintain a professional business appearance, attitude, and performance
  • Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Move, bend, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
  • Stand or walk for an extended period or for an entire work shift. Requires repetitive motion.
