Job summary

Lm Services Corporation Group is seeking a Rooms Division Manager responsible for short- and long-term planning and day-to-day operations of the rooms and related areas at the Crowne Plaza St Louis Airport in Bridgeton, MO.

You will develop and manage the division's annual budget, implement company programs, and lead a team to achieve budgeted objectives while maintaining high guest satisfaction and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Four to six years experience in Front Office/Housekeeping/Guest Services, including at least four years supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in hiring of associates; train, develop, empower, coach and motivate associates.
• Develop, recommend, implement and manage the rooms division's annual budget, business/marketing plan, forecasts and objectives to meet/exceed management expectations.
• Implement company programs and manage the operations of the division.
• Resolve guest complaints as appropriate to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction and quality.
• Implement emergency organization procedures and training through the management of the Security staff to ensure appropriate protection for property guests, associates and company assets.
• Ability to assume the responsibilities of the General Manager in their absence.
• Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.
• Participate in task forces and committees as requested.
