Qualifications

• Knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware.
• Basic English language to understand inquiries and communicate simple instructions.
• Ability to remember and promote menu items.
• Ability to operate beverage equipment such as a coffee maker.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet room with linen, service ware and glassware.
• Attend roll call meetings before events to learn function details.
• Greet guests and respond to requests courteously.
• Serve food and/or beverages and clear dishes as events progress.
• Replenish beverages and check guest satisfaction.
• Reset banquet room for subsequent functions and complete side work.
• Adhere to health, safety and liquor regulations.
