Job summary

White Lodging is seeking a Rooms Controller for JW Marriott Austin to coordinate group reservations, guest requests, and rooming lists, ensuring exceptional service. The role requires handling pre-registrations, special requests, and accurate room status across shifts.

You will work closely with Front Desk leaders, Sales, and Housekeeping to manage VIP arrivals, no-shows, and reporting, while upholding brand standards and security of guest information.

• Must pass certification quiz/test for position.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process group reservations and rooming lists to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Interact with Sales Managers and Housekeeping to manage VIP arrivals and room status.
• Set up, process and finalize room blocking and pre-registration needs.
• Ensure proper check-in/check-out procedures and accurate PMS data.
