Relais & Châteaux’s The Wauwinet Inn on Nantucket seeks a Rooms Division Manager to oversee Front Office, Bell Services, Concierge, Housekeeping, and more, ensuring exceptional service while maximizing occupancy. You’ll collaborate with the Managing Director on budgeting, purchasing, quality control and standards, and may act on their behalf in their absence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within a resort style hotel.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and collaborate across departments.
• Experience with budgeting, purchasing, quality control, training and standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of Front Office, Bell Services, Drivers, Concierge, Housekeeping, Beach staff and Retail for the Relais & Châteaux property.
• Collaborate with the Managing Director on budgeting, purchasing, quality control, training and standards.
• Act on behalf of the Managing Director in their absence.
• Maximize room revenue and occupancy through attentive, efficient, and courteous service.
