Job summary

White Elephant Resorts seeks a proactive Rooms Division Manager to oversee daily operations across Front Office, Bell Services, Concierge, Housekeeping, Beach staff and Retail at The Wauwinet Inn on Nantucket. You will partner with the Managing Director on budgeting, standards, and training while ensuring exceptional guest experiences and optimal occupancy.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, organization, and communication, with experience in a resort setting preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a resort hotel.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to foster a collaborative work environment.
• Experience with front office operations and guest services is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Front Office, Bell Services, Concierge, Housekeeping, Beach staff and Retail operations.
• Collaborate with the Managing Director on budgeting, quality control, training and standards.
• Act on behalf of the MD in his absence and drive inter-department collaboration and guest satisfaction.
