The Wauwinet Inn on Nantucket is seeking a proactive Rooms Division Manager to oversee daily operations across Front Office, Bell Services, Concierge, Housekeeping, Beach staff and Retail. You will lead a guest-focused team, ensure seamless service, and maximize occupancy and revenue, while collaborating with the Managing Director on budgeting and strategy.

• Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within a resort style hotel.
• Experience with computers and Microsoft Office essential.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of the Rooms Division.
• Direct Front Office, Bell Services, Drivers, Concierge, Housekeeping, Beach staff and Retail.
• Collaborate with the Managing Director on budgeting, purchasing, quality control, training and standards.
• Act on behalf of the MD in their absence.
• Support Nantucket portfolio as needed.
