Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel New York is seeking a Rooms Controller to oversee room inventory, guest folio management, and loyalty program transactions. You’ll coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Reservations to maintain smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires at least two years of front office or revenue experience, strong communication, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak times.

Qualifications

• At least two years of front office, reservations or revenue experience.
• Strong communication and professionalism under pressure.
• Experience with room inventory, PMS, and guest folio processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise room inventory and guest accommodation to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Manage loyalty program transactions and guest folio accuracy.
• Coordinate across Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Bell Services, Reservations, and other departments.
• Ensure rate accuracy and adherence to brand standards and procedures.
