Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel New York seeks a Rooms Controller to supervise room inventory, guest accommodation, loyalty program administration, and cross‑department coordination. You will be the key liaison supporting Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Reservations, and more to ensure an exceptional guest experience and efficient hotel operations.

You should have 2+ years in front office/reservations/revenue roles, be comfortable with room inventory, PMS, and rate accuracy, and be ready to work

Qualifications

• Two years or more in front office, reservations or revenue roles, preferably in a premium hotel.
• Strong reading, basic math, and clear communication with team.
• Experience with room inventory, PMS, rate and reservation accuracy, and guest folio processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise room inventory and guest accommodation to optimize occupancy and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate loyalty program transactions and maintain accurate folios and rate integrity.
• Manage room assignments, inventory controls, and administrative tasks across Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Reservations.
• Reconcile end-of-shift transactions, cash handling, and ensure compliance with brand standards.
