Qualifications

• Hospitality experience is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage and block group and leisure reservations within the Springer Miller system, ensuring room assignments meet guest preferences and operations.
• Own available room inventory, including specialty suites and VIP arrivals.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Housekeeping to manage rooms not ready during peak periods and drive efficient room-turns.
• Maintain Front Desk operations, including the Housekeeping Queue and room releases by arrival order.
• Pre-register and pre-key group rooms for satellite check-ins and assist with group resume requests.
• Support the Manager on Duty with room-related concerns and service recovery opportunities.
